San Fran

Kyle and I had an awesome time in San Francisco last month. We fit so much stuff into the trip, I was definitely very tired at the ends of the days!

Some of the days evenings were so cold! I wasn't expecting it.

We grabbed some yummy ice cream at Ghirardelli Square one evening. So much chocolate so little time...

The Japanese Garden was beautiful. Kyle sampled some of their tea!

We decided to rent bikes and ride across the Golden Gate Bridge and into Sausalito. We at at a yummy restaurant on the water that kinda reminded me of Charthouse. It was so good. We took the ferry back and it was nice to sit and relax.
We took the BART into Berkeley one evening for dinner and had another super yummy meal!

Grace Cathedral was breathtaking...

I loved all the random things around the city...

The crookedest road

Coit Tower was an adventure. We could see it and knew we wanted to get to it, but we didn't know how. We had to walk up I swear more than a thousand steps. The scenery was awesome though. There were gardens the whole way with berries and everything. The houses were very adorable and unique. Once we were up inside and at the top of Coit Tower, the view was amazing. The best view in the city.

til we meet again

Some of our friends moved away, the Boyces. They lived a few doors down and were awesome! Jaime taught us so much. Sprouting, soaking, etc. Jaime also took our family photos. Thanks guys!
Jillian already really misses Jaden. Since Jaden is a little older, Jillian thought she was so cool. Any toy Jaden had, Jillian wanted. Anything Jaden did Jillian wanted to do it too. In fact, I finally was able to get Jillian a pair of sandals after claiming Jaden had a pair, I know I'm bad. As you can guess, she is pretty bummed Jaden is gone. That's her new thing too... "I'm bummed."

Before they left Jaime invited us down to a children's museum in SD. It was so nice of them and like nothing I had experienced before! Thanks guys! We miss you!
